I had a similar problem... Just created an iso with systemd. I added this to
my build script:

mkarchiso ${verbose} -w "${work_dir}" -D "${install_dir}" \
-r "pacman -R --noconfirm sysvinit initscripts" run

However I would like to have a clean solution...

Is there any way to make pacman install packages and remove conflicts in a
non interactive way in one run?
