Strong understanding of Web Applications
Design Pattern, MVC etc
Core Java
JDK 1.6, EJB 3
Framework such as Seam, Struts, Spring
JSF, JSP
Hibernate 3
ORM
PLSQL (Stored Procedure)
SQL
AJAX
HTML/CSS
Build and deployment process (ANT,MAVEN)
Experience with JBoss application server is must
Experience with JBoss Seam is most preferred

Nice To Have
JQuery
Ext JS

Other
Experience in customer requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, quality control and maintenance of applications
Experience in system design, systems integrations, development and support
Experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills
Experience in handling offshore team

Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Design and development
Work on application architecture design and carrying out required POC
Design and Development of J2EE based application
Co-ordination with offshore
Application requirement gathering and analysis
Meetings with customer team
Adherence to customer SDLC and SLAs
