Review request for Konsole.

What I mean by 'Menu' key is the key sitting between right Alt and right Ctrl.

This is just a random idea coming into my head when I'm using that key in other applications. Why not add the support in Konsole ?

Pros: Well, I think it is a little handy for keyboard addictors..

Cons: Konsole intercepts that key itself instead of sending it to the terminal applications. However, it seems that most terminal applications do not use that key at all. I'm not sure.
