Hi,

The RFC file names are as provided by IETF in the tarball of all RFCs
(ftp.rfc-editor.org::rfc-ed-all/tar/RFC-all.tar.gz). So yes, that means
they provide different names on the web as in the tarball.

Unless they change the naming at the source, it doesn't make sense to do
renaming ourselves just for packaging.
