Apparently this was an upstream change:

As this script just passes the options to rsvg-convert, it should be
trivial to fix the iceweasel build and I'm inclined to just say
iceweasel should be fixed (will prep a patch, if you want).

That said, I'll check the reverse dependencies of librsvg2-bin, if more
packages are affected.
